How to Apply
A. Apply at Office
Please bring application materials to IICLC office, fill out the applicaion form and pay application fee.(Click here to Download： Fees table)。
B. Apply Online
Step 1: Fill out online application form and submit the application documents online (APPLY ONLINE).
Step 2: Pay application fee.
Language course (short term): 580 RMB
Language course (long term): 680 RMB
Degree course(taught in Chinese): 800 RMB
Degree course(taught in English): 1000 RMB
Step 3: Your applicaiton will be processed after we receive the application fee.

C. Apply by post

Admissions process
Complete your application form carefully, making sure it is both accurate and legible. Explain clearly in your own words why you wish to take the course, your relevant experience and why you should be given a place.
We take care to ensure the confidentiality of your application information. All details are held on the University computer system for use only for internal administrative purposes and the compilation of statistics. However, if requested, we may provide information to CSC, local education authorities, police forces and government departments. If you have any comments about our admissions procedures, contact International Student Office.
After the application is approved, university will send Admission Notice, JW 202 and other documents within 30 days since the application documents and application fee received.
Notes for applicants
1. Please request the courses detailed information from School of International Education
2. Fill out the application form, submit related application documents, pay application fee (application documents and application fee will not be returned)
3. New students who arrive in Dalian and need to be picked up,, please contact the Interantional Student Office.

We will be pleased to answer any enquiries you may have concerning application, fees, registration or transfers from other institutions, although many of your questions are likely to be answered in the Prospectus or on our website. While courses are offered as described at the time of going to press, some revisions may be made, either as a result of academic development or external constraints. There is no guarantee that courses that are undergoing validation will be approved.
